A Digital Arts Expo for the youth of Shaw & Columbia Heights

What does it take to tame a computer animation?  How fast can you rope down a network? Young people from Shaw and Columbia Heights will find out on Saturday, March 15 when they come to compete for fun and prizes at the Third Annual Techno Rodeo, Washington DC’s first and only digital arts competition for youth.
